Question: When can I expect my order?
Answer: The average delivery time is 5-10 days. Our products are shipped directly from the supplier to you. Thanks to this unique business model, we can significantly reduce storage and transportation costs, allowing us to offer products at a lower price than competitors and cover the shipping costs ourselves.
Question: The estimated delivery time has passed. Where is my order?!

Order & Delivery
Question: The expected delivery time has passed, and I haven’t received my order. What should I do?
Answer: If you haven’t received your order three days after the expected delivery date, please contact us.
Question: I’m missing some items from my order. Why is that?
Answer: Since we work with different suppliers, some products may be shipped separately. If any items from your order are missing, you will typically receive them within 2-3 days.

Answer: We cover the shipping costs for every order—100% free shipping.
Exchanges & Returns
Question: I’m not satisfied with my order. Can I return it?
Answer: Yes. You can return any order within 14 days without providing a reason.
Question: I want to return an item. What should I do?
Answer: If you’re not satisfied with your order, you can exchange or return it within 14 days of receiving it. Items must be returned in their original condition, including all labels and tags. The product must not show any signs of use.
A return shipment must always include a Track & Trace code. The sender is responsible for the return shipping.
Once we have received your returned items, we will ensure that the purchase amount is refunded within 14 days.

Question: The Track & Trace code does not show any information. Why is that?
Answer: The Track & Trace information becomes available once your package has arrived at the shipping company. Please note that there may be a slight delay.
